Verification (KYC) information (when required)

  • Images of identity documents you submit.
  • Selfie image(s) and liveness check image/video (used to verify that you are a real person and help prevent identity fraud).
  • Verification outcomes and audit records associated with verification steps (as applicable).

Device and technical information

  • Device and app information (such as device identifiers, operating system, app version, language/locale, and time zone).
  • Security and operational logs that may include IP address and event details (for example: login attempts, device activation, and fraud-prevention signals).

Biometric unlocking (optional)

If you enable biometric unlocking, the app may use your device’s biometric authentication features to help confirm it’s you before granting access. Biometric matching is performed by your device/operating system, and the app may receive an authentication result (success/failure) and related settings status.

Notifications

  • Push notification token (used to deliver service and security notifications, if enabled).

Support communications

  • Messages and information you send to support (and any attachments you choose to include).
Optional permissions (as applicable)

Depending on how you use the app, you may be asked to grant certain device permissions. If you decline, some features may not work.

  • Camera: used for document capture, selfies, and verification steps.
  • Location: may be used for security, compliance, or fraud prevention in some flows, where enabled.
  • Contacts: may be used to help you select recipients more easily, where you choose to enable such functionality.

How We Use Information

  • To verify identity and meet regulatory obligations applicable to financial services (including AML/fraud prevention, where required).
  • To authenticate access, protect accounts, and send verification codes (OTP) and security notices.

International Transfers

Depending on service providers and infrastructure, information may be processed on servers located in Yemen and/or other countries. Where applicable, we take steps to help protect information during such processing.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information (for example: access controls, monitoring, and secure transmission where appropriate). No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and for compliance, security, audit, and dispute-resolution purposes. Certain records (such as transaction and verification records) may be retained after account closure to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
